Administrative Fee - $150.
Our administrative fee is a charge that covers the costs of managing our services, processing applications, including handling paperwork, and maintaining your account. It also contributes to cover our general business expenses that keeps our operations running.
Solicitation Fee - $350.
This fee is paid upon service. It is a fee we charge to search and identify Oil and Gas Production Companies and Oil and Gas Leases that are open to investment from potential investors who do not qualify as an Accredited Investor.
LLC Procurement - $700.
This fee includes a sum for expediting the process of obtaining the LLC. An LLC Procurement is advised for Oil and Gas investments due to several advantages including limited liability that separates your personal assets from the business's debts, tax benefits and flexibility, estate planning benefits and portfolio diversification and capital Pooling.
LLC Procurement (Foreign Investors) - $1000.
This fee is charged to a foreign investor without a resident permit in the United States where we run your investment application as a joint investment application with a resident or citizen of the United States.
Legal Procurement - $5000.
This fee is a service charge to a potential investor that is purchasing an Oil and Gas Lease which includes the procurement of a Purchase Agreement, an Operator Agreement, a Memorandum of Lease and a Title Opinion.
Commission On First Deposit - $300.
This fee is charged after your application is approved for investment prior to your initial investment deposit.
Commission On Subsequent Deposit - $150.
This fee is charged for each additional investment deposit.
Account Cancellation Fee - $150.
This fee is charged for closing your investment account prior to the end of your contract period.
Joint Account Administration Fee - $300.
This fee is charged for an investment account that is owned by more than one investor.
Annual Investment Renewal Fee - $150.
This is an annual investment renewal fee that is paid at the end of the investment contract period. This fee is to be paid if the investor is renewing their investment contract.
Re-issue of Lost or Compromised Account Pin - $200.
This is a fee that is charged when an investor loses their Account Pin or in the event that the investor's Account Pin is compromised and requires a new Account Pin.
An ID Card Replacement Fee - $250.
This is a fee that is charged when an investor loses their ID card used for identification and for accessing our facility.
Breach Of Source of Deposit - Not Specified.
You must fully compensate us and pay us all costs, charges, expenses, claims or damages that we incur, or which are made against us in the event of breach by you of source of deposited funds as required by:
1 - The U.S Patriot Act relating to provisions to combat money laundering and terrorism financing.
2 - Federal Statutes that allow for seizure and forfeiture of assets derived from illegal activities.
3 - Anti-money laundering laws that require financial institutions to report suspicious activities and implement compliance programs.
Abrupt End of Contract - Not Specified.
When you end your contract before the end of the investment period without a good reason but not one of the reasons set out in clause 14.2 under our Terms of Service, we may charge reasonable compensation for the net costs we incur as a result of you ending the contract. In such circumstances, you shall not be entitled to any refund of fees paid for your account apart from your investment deposit.
In the Event of Death of an Investor - Not Specified.
In the event of death of an investor, we shall be entitled to charge our reasonable costs and expenses including but not limited to any legal fees we incur in order to satisfy ourselves that the persons requesting access to your account have the requisite authority to do so. These charges and expenses must be paid prior to access to the Account being granted.
